Employee Awards Honor Dedicated Staff

At Inland Christian Home we are blessed with a dedicated team of staff that often give years of service to the care of our residents. Without the selfless care they provide, we wouldn’t be able to offer the quality service we are known for. While the smiling faces of our residents and the rewarding feeling that comes from caring for those in need keep our staff returning day after day, we feel they deserve to be acknowledged for their dedication and hard work.

At ICH, it has long been a tradition to host an award ceremony to honor staff members for their years of service. The pandemic put a temporary halt on this annual event as the facility halted group gatherings in an effort to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 for the safety of all residents and staff. After a three-year hiatus, we were pleased to resume this practice this year with the first employee awards ceremony since 2019.

This year’s event, which was held on April 28^th, honored a total of forty-one staff members whose years of service range from five years all the way up to an incredible thirty-five years. It is these hard-working individuals who help make Inland Christian Home the place it is today, and we are honored to have them on our team.
