Congratulations Joanna Ochoa!
Two years ago, Inland Christian Home teamed up with Unidine Corporation to bring top-notch food and dining management services to our seniors. One of the best parts of our partnership was Unidine’s “Puree with Purpose” program. And now, get this: our very own Director of Dining, Joanna Ochoa, totally crushed it at the semi-final “Puree with Purpose” competition in San Francisco and took home the win!
Next week, she’s heading to North Carolina to represent our community and the western division for CCL Hospitality. Joanna will be showing off her amazing skills in making pureed food for residents. We are bursting with pride for her achievement and can’t wait to see her bring home the glory.
A huge shoutout to Unidine for organizing this competition, which is super important in upholding the dignity of our residents – our top priority.
